Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering or related discipline
- Over 15 years of work experience in Quality or related field within UAE
- At least 5+ years experience in a supervisory, management or lead capacity
- Expert knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems Standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Quality Manager PMC (Infrastructure and Buildings) to join the team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reviews documents, witnesses audited activities, prepares checklists, performs audits, and prepares final reports.
- Analyzes audit findings to determine program quality and identify trends.
- Promotes a uniform Corrective Action/Preventive Action and Non conformance tracking program. Ensures compliance with Parsons’ and Client quality requirements.
- Prepares project/program Quality manuals, plans, and procedures.
- Verifies that Parsons and customers’ quality requirements are in compliance.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering or any Project Management related discipline from a recognized university.
- Over 15 years of work experience in Quality or related field within UAE. Out of which, at least 5+ years experience in a supervisory, management or lead capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail.
- Expert knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems Standards.
- Ability to direct and manage staff and day to day activities as well as special projects to assure timely completion.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
