- Report progress to project management and maintain accurate site records
- Support toolbox talks and enforce health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and clients' representatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction
- Strong civil engineering knowledge, experience in structural works and site execution
- Hands on experience in carpentry and general finishing works
- Proficiency in quality control practices
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operations and coordination
- Effective communication skills
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar supervisory role
- Good knowledge of HSE practices
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Currently based in UAE
- Valid driving license in UAE

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Construction Civil Foreman role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Construction Civil Foreman will supervise day to day construction activities, including coordinating site teams, trades, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.
Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting drawings, planning daily tasks, organizing manpower, materials, and equipment
- Monitoring work progress to meet quality and safety standards
- Inspecting work areas, identifying and resolving site issues
- Reporting progress to project management and maintaining accurate site records
- Supporting toolbox talks, enforcing health and safety regulations
- Collaborating closely with engineers, site supervisors, and clients’ representatives
Qualifications
- Strong civil engineering knowledge, with experience in structural works, site execution, and understanding of drawings and specifications
- Minimum 5 yrs relevant experience in construction
- Hands on experience in carpentry and general finishing works
- Proficiency in quality control practices
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operations and coordination
- Effective communication skills
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar supervisory role on building or infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC region
- Good knowledge of HSE practices
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple priorities
- Currently based in UAE
- With Valid driving License in UAE
