Position Summary
The Concierge responds to guest requests for arrangements, services, information, and assistance.
The role is based at Le Méridien in Makkah and is scheduled full time.
The position is classified as non-management and is not remote.
Guest Services Responsibilities
- Arrange transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other special services for guests.
- Follow up on special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about the property, nearby amenities, events, and activities.
- Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
- Contact the appropriate hotel department to resolve guest requests or problems.
- Review shift logs and daily memo books and document pertinent information.
- Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
Standards and Teamwork
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications and follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
- Protect confidential information and company assets.
