Position Overview
Cyber B.A.T. is seeking a Compliance Analyst Level 3 to support mission-focused compliance activities by evaluating internal controls, conducting audits and investigations, monitoring regulatory requirements, and identifying risks and compliance gaps.
This role involves analyzing laws and regulations, developing and improving compliance processes, managing compliance incidents, providing guidance across departments, and communicating findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate compliance findings and recommendations
Ability to research and interpret laws, regulations, policies, and legal authorities
Experience applying compliance standards, investigative procedures, and risk management processes
Ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships across organizational and government stakeholders
Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
