About the Role
Mai Dubai is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead the design and implementation of C&B frameworks. The role involves developing salary structures, managing incentive programs, conducting market benchmarking, and overseeing benefits programs.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end to end Compensation & Benefits frameworks aligned with business strategy
- Develop and manage salary structures, grading frameworks, and job evaluation methodologies
- Design and execute incentive and variable pay programs linked to performance outcomes
- Drive market benchmarking and compensation surveys within UAE and FMCG sector
- Manage annual merit cycles, bonus reviews, and salary positioning
- Oversee employee benefits programs with focus on cost optimization and vendor management
- Lead compensation analytics, manpower budgeting, and workforce planning, including scenario modeling
- Optimize SAP HR / SuccessFactors for rewards processes, reporting, and data governance
- Develop dashboards and analytics tools to support leadership decision making
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal governance policies
- Partner with stakeholders on offers, promotions, and organization design decisions
Requirements
- Experience leading end to end Compensation & Benefits frameworks
- Experience developing salary structures, grading frameworks, and job evaluation methodologies
- Experience designing incentive and variable pay programs
- Experience with market benchmarking and compensation surveys in UAE and FMCG sector
- Experience managing annual merit cycles, bonus reviews, and salary positioning
- Experience overseeing employee benefits programs
- Experience with SAP HR / SuccessFactors for rewards processes
- Experience developing dashboards and analytics tools
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
