Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation, mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and finishing of bakery products
- Produce breads, rolls, croissants, pastries, and other baked goods according to standard recipes
- Support Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie in daily bakery operations
- Prepare mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery section and equipment
- Follow HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Properly store, label, and rotate ingredients using FIFO procedures
- Operate bakery equipment safely and report malfunctions
- Assist in controlling portion sizes and minimizing food waste
- Assist in training Commis II when required

Job Overview
