Role Overview
- As a Zuma Commis Chef, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the Zuma experience.
Main Duties
- Assist in preparing ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Handle basic cooking tasks, such as grilling, frying, or baking, under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness, organize workstations, and follow hygiene and safety standards.
- To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests.
