- Dispose of spoiled ingredients and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when working with colleagues
- Produce high quality dishes that meet both presentation and taste standards
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality or catering industry
- Currently based in the UAE
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing facility is a plus

Role Overview
- To function as a Commis Chef for the Calo Kitchen, working alongside Senior Chefs on tasks related to meal preparation, maintenance, logistics, safety, and sanitation.
- Success in this role will be determined by your ability to support the kitchen’s efficiency and safety while maintaining the quality of meals produced for our customers.
Main Responsibilities
