Role Overview

  • He/she will prepare inventory list for their station and have ability to fill in for another chef.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare inventory list for own station.
  • Ensure standard recipes and plating guides are followed.
  • Provide daily market list to Executive Sous Chef.
  • Control food wastage without compromising quality.
  • Assist with food promotions and events.
  • Maintain records and documentation.
  • Attend training classes as per schedule.

Requirements

  • Basic overall culinary knowledge.
  • Ability to follow standard recipes and plating guides.
  • Ability to fill in for other stations when absent.

General

  • Be punctual and well groomed.
  • Comply with hotel rules and regulations.
  • Promote helpful and professional image to customers.
  • Be flexible in assisting other areas of the hotel.
