About the Role
Philips is seeking an Emirati national graduate to join as a Commercial Operations & Sales Support Graduate. You will drive follow-ups, coordinate across teams, support presentations and reporting, and provide light executive support.

- Drive follow ups with multiple teams to keep deliverables, deadlines, and leadership requests on track
- Coordinate across different countries and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
- Support preparation of presentations (PowerPoint) and reporting/analysis (Excel)
- Join meetings, track action items, and capture key notes
- Support sales/service teams with coordination needs and timely information flow
- Provide light executive support (calendar coordination, travel, expenses, meeting/event logistics)
- Handle occasional time sensitive requests in a fast moving commercial environment
Requirements
- Emirati national holding Family Book and registered/able to register in NAFIS
- Post 2024 university graduate in Biomedical Engineering / IT / Finance / Analytics
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong ownership and follow up mindset
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel

Job Description
- Mandatory requirement: Emirati national only holding Family Book and registered/able to register in NAFIS.
- In this role, you will kick start your commercial career at Philips as the execution driver behind a regional leadership team.
Your Role
- Drive follow ups with multiple teams to keep deliverables, deadlines, and leadership requests on track.
- Coordinate across different countries and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Support preparation of presentations (PowerPoint) and reporting/analysis (Excel).
- Join meetings, track action items, and capture key notes when needed.
- Support sales/service teams with coordination needs and timely information flow.
- Provide light executive support (calendar coordination, travel via BCD, expenses, meeting/event logistics).
- Handle occasional time sensitive requests in a fast moving commercial environment.
You're The Right Fit If
- Emirati national, holding Family Book and registered/able to register in NAFIS.
- Post 2024 university graduate in Biomedical Engineering / IT / Finance / Analytics.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Strong ownership and follow up mindset.
- Excellent organization, time management skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel.

- Office based teams work in person at least 3 days per week.
