Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Manager - Building Projects role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial activities for building projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting to support project profitability. Th
Qualifications
- Strong Commercial Management and Business Planning skills for building and construction projects.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess project performance, costs, risks, and commercial opportunities.
- Proven Contract Management experience, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and claims.
- Team Management capabilities to lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional commercial and project teams.
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Quantity Surveying, or a related field; professional certifications in commercial or contract management are an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site, handle multiple projects, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
