- Launch and scale new growth channels, partnerships, and business opportunities
- Develop integrated growth strategies across digital, offline, CRM, and performance marketing
- Optimize marketing investments through performance analysis and ROI management
- Serve as Calo's commercial owner for Saudi Arabia
- Analyze customer behavior, growth trends, and competitive dynamics
- Actively utilize AI tools to improve analysis, planning, and execution
- Partner closely with Commercial, Product, Growth, Operations, and Finance teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Growth, Commercial Marketing, Demand Generation, or related leadership roles
- Strong B2C experience is required
- Experience scaling consumer facing businesses in high growth environments
- Proven track record of driving measurable customer growth, retention, and revenue impact
- KSA market experience is required
- Deep understanding of customer growth, retention, subscriptions, and revenue drivers
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional leadership abilities

The Role
