- Develop and execute the digital marketing and social media strategy across both properties
- Manage social media channels, editorial calendars, and content storytelling aligned with brand identity
- Lead influencer and creator partnerships, including selection, hosting, content direction, and performance tracking
- Oversee digital campaigns including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and retargeting initiatives
- Monitor digital performance, analytics, and KPIs, optimizing campaigns for engagement and conversion
- Provide creative direction and leadership to on property Content Creators and agency partners
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across websites, OTAs, and digital platforms
- Collaborate closely with Communications, Sales & Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Luxury hospitality or wellness destination experience preferred
- Proven experience managing influencer partnerships and digital content production
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital analytics, and performance marketing
- Experience working with agencies and external partners
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing creative or digital team members
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly based on business needs

Job Description
- The Cluster Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager leads the digital presence, social media strategy, and online storytelling for Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea.
- Based at the Red Sea with regular travel to AMAALA, this role is responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and digital performance through compelling content, influencer partnerships, and data driven digital campaigns.
- Working closely with the Cluster Director of Communications and the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, the role ensures that all digital touchpoints reflect Rosewood's brand standards and express a strong sense of place inspired by culture, wellness, and regenerative luxury.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
