About the Role

- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Represent the hotel cluster at industry events and networking functions

Role Overview
- You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across multiple market segments including corporate groups, sports, and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new accounts across corporate, agency, sports, and entertainment segments.
- Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through networking, outreach and market research.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present professional proposals, contracts and pricing agreements.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings and site inspections to maximise conversion and account growth.
- Maintain strong pre and post event communication to encourage repeat business and long term partnerships.
- Organise and support marketing initiatives, including Fam trips, site inspections, ALL loyalty events, trade shows, and client networking events.
- Represent the hotel cluster at industry events, exhibitions and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines, ensuring all client interactions are logged.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team revenue targets, conversion rates, and client satisfaction goals.
