Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Cluster Executive Chef within an upscale or luxury hotel environment
- Demonstrated success managing multiple restaurants and high volume culinary operations
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for culinary innovation
- Experience with international hotel brands is an advantage

About the Role
- Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will lead all kitchen operations across both properties, driving culinary excellence, innovation, profitability, and team development.
- Our culinary portfolio includes vibrant all day dining restaurants, specialty dining concepts, Mediterranean flavors, rooftop and lounge experiences, bars, poolside dining, in room dining, banqueting and catering operations, offering an exciting platform for a passionate culinary leader.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Cluster Executive Chef within an upscale or luxury hotel environment.

- Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for culinary innovation.
- Experience with international hotel brands is an advantage.
