Role Overview

  • As Director of Revenue, you will be the strategic architect of revenue optimisation across a world class ultra luxury destination cluster.

Revenue Strategy & Cluster Commercial Leadership

  • Define and lead the integrated revenue strategy across Wadi Safar and Faena The Red Sea
  • Drive total revenue optimisation across rooms, suites, ancillary spend, experiences, and emerging luxury revenue streams
  • Provide strategic direction on pricing, positioning, and demand generation
  • Partner with senior leadership and ownership to establish revenue targets and KPIs

Pricing, Yield & Inventory Optimisation

  • Lead dynamic pricing, yield management, and revenue optimisation across all channels and segments
  • Optimise inventory allocation across the cluster to maximise ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR
  • Continuously analyse demand trends, competitor sets, and booking patterns
  • Ensure strict rate integrity and disciplined pricing governance

Forecasting, Reporting & Performance Insight

  • Own end to end revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Deliver clear, insight led reporting on market trends and revenue performance
  • Provide actionable commercial intelligence to senior leadership
  • Identify risks and opportunities early and adjust strategy dynamically

Distribution & Channel Management

  • Oversee integrated distribution strategy across direct, OTA, luxury consortia, wholesale, and strategic partnerships
  • Optimise channel mix to enhance profitability
  • Ensure full system alignment across platforms and partners
  • Strengthen direct booking performance and digital conversion

Commercial Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
  • Support integrated demand generation initiatives
  • Align sales account strategy with revenue objectives
  • Ensure financial discipline through accurate budgeting and forecasting

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build and lead a high performing cluster revenue team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous optimisation
  • Develop and mentor talent to strengthen regional capability
  • Embed best in class revenue discipline across complex luxury operations
