- Develop and execute the cluster wide Marketing & Communications strategy for FAENA The Red Sea and FAENA Wadi Safar.
- Serve as strategic marketing advisor to ownership groups, executive leadership, and corporate stakeholders.
- Lead positioning, launch, and ongoing brand development of both destinations.
- Act as guardian of the FAENA brand, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership representatives, destination partners, and government entities.
- Develop integrated annual marketing plans supporting commercial objectives and brand growth.
- Oversee all marketing, communications, PR, social media, content, digital marketing, advertising, and creative initiatives.
- Lead strategic storytelling initiatives showcasing FAENA's unique blend of luxury, culture, wellness, entertainment, and art.
- Direct development of pre opening, launch, and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Revenue, Sales, Operations, and other teams to ensure business alignment.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with luxury brands and cultural institutions.
- Oversee reputation management, media relations, crisis communications, and executive communications.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in marketing and communications leadership, preferably in luxury hospitality or lifestyle.
- Proven track record in brand strategy, PR, and integrated campaign management.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Experience in pre opening and launch marketing for luxury properties.
- Excellent leadership and team development skills.

Role Overview
- FAENA is seeking an exceptional Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications to lead the strategic positioning, storytelling, and brand evolution of FAENA The Red Sea and FAENA Wadi Safar.
- This highly strategic leadership role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing, communications, public relations, and brand strategies across both destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the cluster wide Marketing & Communications strategy for FAENA The Red Sea and FAENA Wadi Safar.
- Serve as the strategic marketing advisor to ownership groups, executive leadership, and corporate stakeholders.
- Lead the positioning, launch, and ongoing brand development of both destinations, ensuring alignment with FAENA's global vision.
- Act as the guardian of the FAENA brand, ensuring consistency across all communications, guest touchpoints, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple ownership representatives, destination partners, government entities, tourism authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Develop integrated annual marketing plans that support commercial objectives, brand growth, and market share expansion.
- Oversee all marketing, communications, public relations, social media, content, digital marketing, advertising, and creative initiatives across the cluster.
- Lead strategic storytelling initiatives that showcase FAENA's unique blend of luxury, culture, wellness, entertainment, and art.
- Direct the development of pre opening, launch, and ongoing marketing campaigns for both properties.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Revenue, Sales, Operations, Residences, Spa, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure business alignment.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with luxury brands, cultural institutions, creative collaborators, influencers, and industry leaders.
