The Cluster Digital and Social Media Executive will bring the hotel experience to life across digital touchpoints.
This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, digital community growth, and measurable marketing results across the hotel portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create photo, video, and social content for digital channels.
- Develop concepts, mood boards, captions, and brand-aligned content.
- Capture real-time content at hotel events and activations.
- Monitor performance, analyze insights, and recommend improvements.
- Support digital campaigns, promotions, emailers, newsletters, and paid advertising.
- Support website updates, SEO initiatives, and the online guest journey.
- Work with creative, public relations, media, and external agencies.
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activity, and social media opportunities.
What the employer is looking for
- At least two years of experience in a similar digital or social media role.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Strong digital and social media marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication and community management skills.
- Understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
- Hands-on photography, videography, and content creation skills.
- Video and photo editing experience with Canva, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong coordination skills and experience with creative, public relations, and media agencies.
