Engagement Details
- The engagement is an hourly contract.
- The expected commitment is 10 to 40 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Analyze AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud security scenarios for risks, misconfigurations, and failure patterns.
- Review IAM policies, networking, storage, and container security issues for accuracy and impact.
- Classify security gaps and cloud failures by blast radius and business impact.
- Validate and improve AI-generated security reasoning based on production incident patterns.
- Provide structured expert feedback that shapes AI understanding of cloud security.
Who You Are
- At least two years of hands-on experience working with production cloud environments.
- Strong familiarity with cloud IAM, networking, storage, and container security across major platforms.
- Experience identifying or responding to cloud misconfigurations and security incidents.
- Ability to reason clearly about risk exposure, blast radius, and downstream business impact.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments.
Nice to Have
- Cloud security certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Google PCSE, or Azure Security Engineer.
- Experience with cloud penetration testing or red team exercises.
- Background in incident response or cloud forensics.
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK for Cloud or CIS Benchmarks.
