Clinical Business Intelligence Manager role focused on healthcare analytics and AI training.
Fully remote, flexible contract role for experienced healthcare analytics professionals.
The engagement is an hourly contract with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a BI team delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions.
- Maintain data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines for accurate, reliable, and scalable BI infrastructure.
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Translate complex healthcare data into insights that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with AI research teams on clinical model training and evaluation projects.
Who you are
- Experienced healthcare or clinical analytics professional with a track record in business intelligence or data management.
- Skilled in designing and managing end-to-end BI systems, dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments.
- Able to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-directed and reliable when delivering work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems.
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows for structured healthcare data.
- Background in EMR/EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics.
- Experience in value-based care, clinical quality reporting, or regulatory compliance analytics.
