About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in patient assessment by gathering clinical history and observations
- Ensure patient medical file available before and during consultation
- Assist physicians or nurses in checking approval for patient services and documentation of OPD Insurance procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records in EMR and update clinical documentation accurately
- Assist clinicians for proper documentation of patients' history and condition
- Support administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and inventory management
- Maintain accurate inpatient and outpatient records and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of patients' records
- Inform department nurse of pending admission and assist patient with admission procedure
- Demonstrate awareness of fire safety, patient safety, infection control and other precautions as per hospital policy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Arabic desirable but not mandatory

- Demonstrate awareness of fire safety, patient safety, infection control and the other necessary precautions as per hospital policy and participates in JCI activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent command of oral and written English; Arabic desirable but not mandatory.
