- Maintain and update patient records
- Register patients, schedule appointments, and manage follow-ups
- Handle admission, discharge, and transfer documentation
- Coordinate with clinical staff to manage patient flow
- Prepare and file medical reports, consent forms, and discharge summaries
- Assist with billing processes and insurance documentation
- Respond to calls, emails, and patient inquiries
