The Clinic Manager oversees daily clinic operations, patient care quality, staff management, financial and operational targets, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations and patient services.
- Lead, supervise, and develop clinic staff.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and resolve complaints.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Oversee inventory, facilities, and clinic resources.
- Support business growth through marketing and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a healthcare or clinic setting in Abu Dhabi.
- Knowledge of DOH healthcare regulations is preferred.
