Responsibilities
- Manage the overall client journey, ensuring a high standard of service and patient satisfaction
- Oversee daily front-of-house and client relations operations within the clinic
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and administrative teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Support appointment management, client follow-ups, treatment coordination, and retention initiatives
- Maintain high service standards aligned with the clinic's premium aesthetic brand and patient experience
- Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities to improve service quality and clinic efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in a similar client relations, clinic management, or operations role
- Previous experience within an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, plastic surgery clinic, or premium healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of clinic operations and the aesthetic patient journey
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills
- Professional presentation with a strong customer-service mindset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
