Client Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of key business activities across the organization.

The successful candidate will help translate business objectives into practical actions, support day-to-day operations, and work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution and sustainable growth.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking, operational coordination, and relationship management in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

Lead planning and coordination for business activities, projects, and operational initiatives.

Work closely with leadership, teams, and external partners to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Prepare business briefs, reports, meeting notes, and supporting documentation that communicate objectives clearly.

Develop project timelines, coordinate follow-up, and support implementation with internal teams and external vendors.

Manage budgets, schedules, and supplier/contractor relationships.

Organize business meetings, presentations, workshops, and supporting materials.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, professional, and effective delivery of business activities.

Oversee documentation, records, and reporting for each project or initiative.

Support proposals, partnerships, and growth initiatives by preparing summaries and recommendations.

Monitor business performance and stakeholder feedback; refine processes to improve efficiency, clarity, and engagement.

Minimum BA/MA in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience preferred.

At least 3–5 years of experience in business management, operations, project coordination, or a related role.

Demonstrable interest in and familiarity with business operations, planning, and cross-functional coordination; deep technical expertise is not required, but proven ability to learn and collaborate with teams is essential.

Strong research, writing, and editorial skills — able to produce clear, engaging business and operational materials.

Project management experience: budgets, timelines, supplier coordination, and logistics.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building collaborative relationships across teams and departments.

Experience supporting meetings, workshops, presentations, or business development activities.

Commitment to accessible presentation and professional engagement with business content.

Portfolio or track record of business projects, operations work, or related experience (links or PDF).

Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
