About the role
Support a portfolio of affluent customers through day-to-day banking services and relationship support.
Act as a key support partner to Relationship Managers while helping improve customer engagement and product penetration.
Customer service responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding, service requests, complaints, escalations, and end-to-end resolution.
- Support banking products including accounts, deposits, credit cards, mortgages, investments, insurance, and wealth products.
- Assess customer needs, support cross-selling, and promote digital banking adoption.
- Review customer documentation and meet internal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Mortgage, Insurance, Investment, and Operations teams.
- Maintain customer engagement records, service metrics, and productivity reports.
Risk and controls responsibilities
- Conduct risk and control self-assessments, control reviews, and business process assessments.
- Identify operational risks and control gaps and recommend practical remediation actions.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, process improvement, and customer journey reviews.
- Monitor trends, prepare dashboards, and present risk insights to stakeholders.
