Job Description

  • Oversees the entire administrative process required to renew trade licenses while answering all related inquiries by professional partners and clients.
  • Monitors the CRM system and checks information accuracy to ensure processes run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide timely assistance to clients and partners for upcoming license renewals, addressing inquiries through emails and calls.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to uphold IFZA’s reputation and integrity.
  • Regularly update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate records while managing a portfolio of work.
  • Prepare and issue renewal quotations to clients and professional partners.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all relevant documentation, including passports, application forms, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate closely with renewals consultants.

Requirements

  • Customer Service and Client Relationship Management experience is advantageous.
  • Preferably with call center experience, but not limited to.
  • Industry knowledge relating to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Additional spoken languages are a plus.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting principles and moderate mathematical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
