- Oversee the entire administrative process required to renew trade licenses
- Answer inquiries from professional partners and clients regarding renewals
- Monitor the CRM system and check information accuracy
- Provide timely assistance to clients and partners for upcoming license renewals via emails and calls
- Prepare and issue renewal quotations to clients and professional partners
- Conduct thorough reviews of relevant documentation including passports, application forms, and resolutions
- Collaborate closely with renewals consultants
Requirements
- Customer Service and Client Relationship Management experience is advantageous
- Preferably with call center experience
- Full English proficiency is required
- Intermediate computer literacy (e.g., MS Office) is required
- Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and moderate mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a multicultural team

Job Description
- Oversees the entire administrative process required to renew trade licenses while answering all related inquiries by professional partners and clients.
- Monitors the CRM system and checks information accuracy to ensure processes run smoothly.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide timely assistance to clients and partners for upcoming license renewals, addressing inquiries through emails and calls.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to uphold IFZA’s reputation and integrity.
- Regularly update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate records while managing a portfolio of work.
- Prepare and issue renewal quotations to clients and professional partners.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all relevant documentation, including passports, application forms, and resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with renewals consultants.
Requirements
- Customer Service and Client Relationship Management experience is advantageous.
- Preferably with call center experience, but not limited to.
- Industry knowledge relating to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Full English proficiency is required.
- Additional spoken languages are a plus.
- Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and moderate mathematical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
