- Manage client interactions across phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person meetings, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Conduct client meetings and provide updates on account status, payouts, documentation, and post sales processes
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and internal teams to ensure smooth customer transactions and issue resolution
- Manage customer records, documentation, and CRM updates with high accuracy
- Prepare operational, payout, and management reports using Excel and reporting tools
- Ensure timely communication and coordination of all payout related activities
- Monitor customer requests and drive prompt resolution while maintaining high service standards
- Lead and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Operations, Post Sales, or Customer Service within the real estate industry
- Strong experience in handling client meetings and managing high value customer relationships
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Strong numerical aptitude with excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
