About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Monitor project costs, job costing, revenue recognition, and construction related accounting transactions
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, accounting standards, and company financial policies
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements
- Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and financial documentation
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to support management decisions
- Ensure timely month end and year end closing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory
- 8–12 years of total accounting experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Construction or Contracting Company
- M.Com, CMA, or CA Inter is preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction/contracting company accounting, with hands on experience managing project based financial transactions and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
