Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the broker and agency database, ensuring accurate records and compliance documentation
  • Monitor registered and non registered agencies, identify opportunities for onboarding new broker partners, and drive agency registrations
  • Proactively engage agencies that have not generated sales and develop activation strategies to improve performance
  • Design and implement broker incentive programs, rewards, and gifting initiatives to motivate agency participation and sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and key industry stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for channel partners
  • Track broker performance, engagement levels, and partnership opportunities to maximize business growth
  • Create and implement initiatives that enhance broker loyalty, retention, and long term collaboration
  • Plan, organize, and execute broker events, networking sessions, project launches, roadshows, pop up activations, and channel partner engagement activities
  • Conduct agency visits and pop up activations to increase project awareness and strengthen broker relationships
  • Ensure high broker participation and engagement across all events, activations, and sales initiatives
  • Build strong communication channels with broker networks to keep them informed about projects, incentives, campaigns, and company updates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel partner management, broker relations, business development, or real estate operations
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate brokerage landscape and agency network
  • Experience in event planning, stakeholder engagement, broker activation, and relationship management
  • Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, results oriented, and capable of working in a fast paced environment
