About the Role
Luxridge Building Contracting LLC is seeking an HR Supervisor to manage the complete employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. The role includes developing KPIs, performance evaluation frameworks, and supporting workforce planning.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance management, leave administration, and full & final settlements (F&F)
- Prepare and deliver employee induction programs and HR presentations
- Develop and monitor KPIs, KRAs, job descriptions, scope of work, and performance evaluation frameworks
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation, restructuring initiatives, and organizational development projects
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies across all HR processes
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations professionally and confidentially
- Draft HR related letters, notices, warnings, policies, and legal correspondence when required
- Coordinate closely with department heads to support manpower planning and business objectives
- Maintain and optimize HR systems, employee records, and reporting dashboards
- Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data using advanced Excel functions and tools
Requirements
- Proven HR Operations / HR Generalist experience, preferably within the real estate sector
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Hands on experience managing payroll, onboarding, employee relations, Visa, performance management, and F&F settlements
- Expertise in KPI/KRA development, performance evaluation, and organizational structuring
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Quick learner with strong problem solving and decision making abilities

- AED 10,000 AED 15,000 per month
