About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end HR operations for office staff and site workforce.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate probation reviews, contract renewals, and employee confirmations.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Develop and implement performance evaluation systems for both blue collar and white collar employees.
- Design and monitor KPIs and performance scorecards based on departmental objectives.
- Conduct performance review cycles including probation, quarterly, half yearly, and annual evaluations.
- Guide managers in conducting objective performance assessments.
- Analyze employee performance data and recommend training, development, promotions, or corrective actions.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, discipline, and overall workforce performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is preferred

Key Responsibilities HR Operations
- Manage end to end HR operations for office staff and site workforce.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate probation reviews, contract renewals, and employee confirmations.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance evaluation systems for both blue collar and white collar employees.
- Design and monitor KPIs and performance scorecards based on departmental objectives.

Blue Collar Workforce Management
- Evaluate manpower productivity across construction sites.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, productivity, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers regarding workforce performance.
- Support grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives.
White Collar Performance Management
- Establish measurable KPIs for departments such as Engineering, Procurement, QS, Finance, HR, Plant, Stores, and Administration.
- Conduct competency assessments and succession planning.
- Monitor individual development plans and performance improvement initiatives.
Emiratization
- Develop and implement the company's Emiratization strategy in line with UAE government regulations.
- Monitor Emiratization targets and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of UAE Nationals.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities regarding Emiratization initiatives.
- Prepare periodic Emiratization reports for management.
- Organize training, career development, and engagement programs for Emirati employees.
HR Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure HR compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
- Conduct disciplinary investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Support policy development and continuous process improvement.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Generate HR metrics and reports on: Performance evaluations, Employee productivity, Headcount, Attrition, Emiratization compliance, Training effectiveness, Employee engagement.
- Present HR insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 8,000.00 AED 12,000.00 per month
