Role Overview

Boardwalk is seeking an experienced Cleaner to keep residential communities clean and sanitized.

The role requires detail orientation, pride in quality work, independent work, and effective teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Work scheduled Wednesday-to-Sunday shifts.
  • Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas.
  • Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups.
  • Perform interior and exterior garbage pick-up.
  • Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
  • Manage inventory accurately and maintain equipment properly.
  • Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required.

Experience and Education

  • At least 2 years of cleaning experience is required.

Technical Requirements

  • Working knowledge of English, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Familiarity with technology is an asset.

Physical and Work Requirements

  • Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift for up to eight hours.
  • Ability to maneuver up to 90 kg with proper equipment.
  • Strong customer service commitment, time-management skills, positive attitude, and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle are required.
  • Able to work the permanent Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule.
