Role Focus
Lead business analysis for customer-facing website improvements while supporting Power Platform, reporting, and smaller technology projects from discovery through rollout.
Translate business goals and user needs into requirements and support solutions through testing, launch, and sustainment.
Website and Digital Experience
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and IT to lead website improvement initiatives.
- Gather requirements covering customers, business needs, content, accessibility, data, and technology.
- Maintain and prioritize the website backlog and translate objectives into process flows, user journeys, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate design, content, development, integration, testing, rollout, launch communications, and post-launch validation.
Power Platform and Reporting
- Lead analysis for Power Platform solutions focused on Power Apps and Power BI.
- Define application, workflow, data, security, reporting, metrics, and validation requirements.
- Support prototypes, testing, rollout, documentation, and end-user training.
- Use SQL, Excel, and Power BI for analysis and reporting and improve data quality, definitions, and consistency.
