***Senior Russian-Speaking Advisory Lead — CIS Vertical***

About The Role

  • We're hiring a Senior Advisory Lead to own and build our CIS client vertical at GCG Structuring.
  • This is a consultative, advice-first position with a clear path to becoming Head of CIS Advisory within 12–18 months.
  • You will:
  • Advise clients
  • Close complex deals
  • Build trust
  • Say no to bad business
  • Own revenue and outcomes

What You'Ll Do

  • Advise Russian/CIS clients on:
  • UAE company formation
  • Banking strategies
  • Tax & compliance (with internal experts)
  • OnePack / retainer solutions
  • Advanced structuring (foundations, holdings, DIFC)
  • You will:
  • Generate your own pipeline (no inbound at the start)
  • Run discovery calls and in-person meetings
  • Structure proposals and close deals above AED 100k
  • Coordinate internally with tax, banking, PRO, and operations teams
  • Protect the firm from bad clients, unrealistic expectations, or high-risk setups
  • Create educational content (Telegram, LinkedIn, webinars) in collaboration with marketing if needed

  • ***Within 12–18 months, this role evolves into:***

With

  • Ownership of Russian/CIS revenue
  • Authority to hire and train junior advisors
  • P&L responsibility
  • Department budget control
  • KPI ownership
  • Commission override on team performance

Must-Have

  • 3–5+ years in UAE corporate services
  • Proven Russian-speaking client portfolio
  • Strong understanding of:

1. UAE Free Zones & Mainland

  • 2.
  • Banking challenges for Russian/CIS clients
  • 3.
  • Cross-border tax considerations (UAE ↔ CIS)
  • We are looking for someone with:
  • Consultative, calm, authoritative communication style
  • Ability to explain complex topics simply
  • English fluency (internal & client communication)
  • Mindset fit:
  • Advisor first, closer second
  • Long-term builder, not a quick closer
  • Comfortable saying "no."
  • High personal accountability / real agency
  • Wants ownership, not micromanagement
