- Advise CIS clients on company registration in UAE, banking strategies, tax, and compliance
- Build complex structures: holdings, funds, solutions through DIFC
- Lead negotiations and sign large deals
- Guide each client together with the team of lawyers, bankers, tax specialists, and GRO
- Assess risks and protect clients from costly decisions
Requirements
- Experience in UAE corporate services – from 3–5 years
- Own portfolio of Russian speaking clients and established network of references
- Confident knowledge of Free Zone and Mainland, banking specifics for CIS clients, and international taxation in UAE CIS context
- Fluent Russian and English
- Calm, consultative communication style and ability to explain complex matters simply

Overview
- We are expanding and opening the CIS direction. We need a strong advisor who will take it on and eventually lead it.
- Russian speaking clients. Their capital, their business, their trust. And a person who speaks their language – not only Russian, but the language of level.
- Such clients already exist. We need someone to gather them into a cohesive direction and give it scale.
What You Will Do
- Advise CIS clients: company registration in UAE, banking strategies, tax and compliance.
- Build complex structures: holdings, funds, solutions through DIFC.
- Lead negotiations and sign large deals.
- Guide each client together with our team – lawyers, bankers, tax specialists and GRO.
- Soberly assess risks and protect the client – entrepreneur or investor – from decisions that cost more than they bring.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in UAE corporate services – from 3–5 years.
- Own portfolio of Russian speaking clients and established network of references.
- Confident knowledge of Free Zone and Mainland, banking specifics for CIS clients, and international taxation in UAE CIS context.
- Fluent Russian and English.
- Calm, consultative communication style and ability to explain complex matters simply.
What Cannot Be Taught
- For you, building relationships is more important than closing a deal at any cost. You play the long game and know when to say 'no' – because a reputation as an advisor is earned over years and lost in one deal.

Compensation
