Role Overview
- GCG Structuring is a boutique corporate structuring firm helping entrepreneurs and HNW clients with holding structures, UAE corporate tax, and cross jurisdictional operations.
- We are looking for a Banking & Compliance Specialist for internal compliance.
What You Will Own
- Internal compliance policies, procedures, and day to day regulatory hygiene.
- Banking relationships knowing which doors to open, how to open them, and what to say.
- Real time problem solving for clients with complex structures.
- Being the person everyone trusts to know the answer or to find it fast.
