About the Role
GCG Structuring seeks a Banking & Compliance Specialist in Dubai to manage internal compliance, AML/KYC, corporate regulatory matters, and banking relationships. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures
- Handle AML/KYC: develop policies, perform EDD on high risk clients, file STRs with FIU, ensure compliance with Cabinet Decision 74/2018
- Manage corporate regulatory compliance for Mainland, Free Zone, DIFC, ADGM including reporting and regulator interaction
- Manage banking relationships and facilitate client account openings
- Provide client consulting on compliance structures, inspection preparation, and documentation
Requirements
- 2 3 years of compliance experience in UAE (AML/KYC, corporate regulatory, or both)
- Deep knowledge of UAE AML/CFT framework
- Fluent English and Russian
- Consultative, authoritative communication style

About the Role
- GCG Structuring is a boutique corporate structuring firm in Dubai. We work with holding companies, UAE tax, and complex jurisdictions.
- We are looking for a Banking & Compliance Specialist who understands compliance as reputation, capital, and client trust protection.
What You Will Take On
- Internal compliance: policies, procedures, daily regulatory hygiene.
- AML/KYC: policy development, EDD for high risk clients, STR filing with FIU, compliance with Cabinet Decision 74/2018.
- Corporate regulatory: Mainland, Free Zone, DIFC, ADGM – requirements, reporting, regulator interaction.
- Banking relationships: know which doors to open, what to say, and how to open client accounts where others get rejected.
- Client consulting: structure assessment, inspection preparation, compliance documentation.
Who We Are Looking For
- 2 3 years of UAE compliance experience – AML/KYC, corporate regulatory, or both.
- Deep knowledge of UAE AML/CFT framework.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Consultative, authoritative style: able to explain complex matters and say 'no' when needed.
