Role Purpose
The Chief Operating Officer leads the company’s full operational performance as a main contractor for luxury hotel projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role translates corporate strategy into execution excellence across safety, quality, profitability, and schedule certainty.
Key Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end operations across construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, HSE, and quality.
- Deliver multiple high-value luxury hotel projects to international brand standards, on time and on budget.
- Drive margin improvement, cost control, cash flow, and disciplined risk management.
- Act as the senior operational interface with clients, hotel operators, consultants, and authorities.
- Enforce HSE, quality, and governance frameworks with uncompromising standards.
- Build and lead project leadership teams and embed performance and accountability cultures.
Experience and Credentials
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 25 years of experience in major contracting, including executive leadership roles.
- Proven delivery of luxury hospitality or high-end mixed-use projects in the GCC.
- Deep knowledge of Saudi construction regulations, contracting models, and the stakeholder landscape.
- Track record of scaling operations and delivering complex, brand-critical projects.
Executive Profile
- Decisive, commercially astute construction leadership experience is required.
- The role requires exceptional judgment, executive presence, and the ability to deliver landmark projects at global standards.
