Responsibilities
- Design and orchestrate an AI assistant to manage CEO's day to day tasks including email, meeting prep, events, and travel
- Own CEO's calendar, review prep docs, track commitments and follow ups
- Solve pressing company problems across pricing, legal, office openings, etc.
- Own people programs: hiring, onboarding, culture rituals
- Prepare board materials and investor updates
- Partner on finance, oversee accounting team and monthly closes
Requirements
- 2+ years at a startup or in consulting
- Familiar with the pace and ambiguity of startups
- AI pilled: build workflows with AI instinctively
- Sharp writer with clear, concise communication
- Problem solver with creativity and minimal direction
- Operationally minded, detail oriented, and organized
- Culture creator and natural host
- Confident, calm under pressure, able to give and receive feedback
- Servant leader with do whatever it takes mindset

- Looking for a Chief of Staff to be Jaleh's force multiplier and thought partner.

What you'll own
- Make Jaleh effective: design AI assistant, own calendar, prep docs, track commitments, coordinate travel.
- Problem solving: divide and conquer pressing problems from pricing to legal to office openings.
- People programs: own hiring, onboarding, culture rituals.
- Board, investors, and finance: prepare board materials, investor updates, oversee accounting and monthly closes.

Compensation Range
- $170K $230K
