- Oversee performance marketing, content, creative, CRM, customer lifecycle, influencer and partnership strategies
- Build scalable marketing capabilities, systems and operating frameworks
- Champion data driven decision making, experimentation and innovation across the organisation
- Leverage emerging technologies, automation and AI to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Build, develop and inspire high performing marketing leadership teams
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic growth initiatives
- Manage key agency, technology and strategic partner relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience operating at CMO, VP Marketing, Chief Growth Officer or equivalent executive leadership level
- Track record of scaling high growth consumer, DTC, e commerce or digital first businesses
- Strong expertise across brand, performance marketing, customer acquisition and retention
- Demonstrated success managing substantial marketing budgets and delivering measurable commercial outcomes
- Deep understanding of modern marketing channels, customer behaviour and growth strategies
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience influencing business wide decision making
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and leading large, high performing teams

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Define and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value growth across all channels.

Leadership Profile
