Role Overview
Object 1 is seeking a Chief Financial Officer focused on project finance and banking relations.
The role supports the company's growth and new residential and mixed-use development projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and budgeting.
- Manage project financing for residential and mixed-use developments.
- Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders.
- Structure and negotiate financing facilities, corporate loans, and related arrangements.
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and capital allocation across projects.
- Manage financial reporting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project performance, profitability, and financial risks.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and decision support to executive leadership.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and external consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in real estate development or construction.
- Experience in project finance, banking relations, and fundraising.
- A strong UAE banking and financial institution network is highly desirable.
- Understanding of real estate financial models and investment structures.
- Experience managing large-scale development projects and multiple financing facilities.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent English communication skills are required, with native Arabic or Hindi.
