Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the group’s financial strategy across key sectors, ensuring alignment and optimized performance.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability, delivering sustainable financial results.
- Oversee capital allocation, including dividend distribution, while maintaining a strong capital structure to support future expansion.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure a balanced approach between shareholder returns and long-term business sustainability.
Requirements
- ----------------
- 20+ years in finance, preferably F&B manufacturing.
- Experience as CFO or Finance Director.
- Strong in planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience managing large manufacturing budgets.
- CMA, CPA, or equivalent is a Must.
