About the Role
AL MUTAKAMELA VEHICLES TESTING AND REGISTRATION is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning processes
- Monitor and improve cash flow, profitability, and financial performance
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and shareholders
- Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, payroll, and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, insurance providers, and regulatory authorities
- Evaluate investment opportunities, business expansion plans, and strategic initiatives
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals
- Support mergers, acquisitions, financing arrangements, and corporate restructuring activities when required
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board based on financial analysis and business performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is highly preferred
- MBA or Master's Degree is an advantage
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing multi entity operations is preferred
- Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and decision making skills
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
