Role Overview
Lead the Finance and Accounts department at the UAE office and drive the organization's financial strategy.
Oversee end-to-end financial operations, internal controls, reporting, and support for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance and Accounts department.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audit standards, and internal controls.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board.
- Implement financial policies, risk management, and cost-control measures.
- Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and insights.
Experience Required
- Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.
- At least 5 years heading a finance department in a senior leadership role.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with auditors, including audit management and compliance.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA, ACMA, or CMA professional certification is mandatory.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and departmental management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing, financial controls, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience in construction, telecom, contracting, or real estate is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 10,000 to AED 14,000 per month.
Workplace and Employment
- The role is full-time and permanent.
- Work location is in person.
