Role Overview
The Training Manager leads the organization's end-to-end Training, Learning and Development function.
The role owns needs assessments, skill assessments, training plans, program design and delivery, onboarding, effectiveness evaluation, reporting, and employee development.
The role supports technicians, riggers, field teams, supervisors, operational staff, corporate employees, and other technical and non-technical employees.
Workplace and Delivery Model
- This is a field-oriented role involving regular visits to project sites and labor camps.
- Training is delivered in person and online while employees are observed in real working environments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments and skill assessment drives across departments, projects, sites, and labor camps.
- Develop prioritized training plans and annual, quarterly, and monthly training calendars.
- Observe employees on the job, identify competency and performance gaps, and determine practical interventions.
- Design and personally deliver customized in-house and online training programs.
