- Minimum 7+ years in senior commercial leadership positions
- Proven experience managing large scale construction portfolios
- Experience managing multi million dollar projects and commercial teams
- MBA or Master's Degree preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and oversee all commercial functions across the organization.
- The CCO will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and sustainable business performance within the construction sector.
- The successful candidate will oversee commercial operations including business development, contracts management, tendering, estimation, procurement strategy, commercial risk management, and client relationship management while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Contracts & Commercial Management
- Lead contract negotiation, administration, and risk assessment.
- Oversee claims management, variation orders, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure commercial compliance with contractual obligations.
- Manage project commercial performance across multiple projects.
Financial & Profitability Management
- Drive profitability through cost optimization and commercial controls.
- Monitor project margins, cash flow, forecasting, and revenue performance.
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Develop KPIs and commercial performance metrics.
Procurement & Supply Chain Oversight
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with project requirements.
- Oversee supplier and subcontractor commercial relationships.
- Optimize procurement efficiency and cost control initiatives.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build and lead high performing commercial teams.
- Collaborate with operations, project management, engineering, and finance departments.
- Present commercial performance updates to executive leadership and board members.
- Mentor and develop senior commercial personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field.
- MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience within construction, contracting, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
