- Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing variance analysis and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage all tax related activities including filings, audits, and planning
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement improvements based on audit findings
- Develop and enforce internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with senior management to support business decisions with financial insights
- Keep updated with industry trends, accounting regulations, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Minimum 12 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
- In depth knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail

Job Summary
