La Petite Maison is hiring a Chef De Rang for its Abu Dhabi restaurant.
The role focuses on exceptional service, French-Mediterranean cuisine, and memorable guest experiences.
What You Will Do
- Perform service according to LPM steps and standards, including explaining the LPM concept to guests.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of food and beverage products to answer guest questions and meet their needs.
- Propose signature dishes and keep assigned tables clean.
- Provide a high-quality guest experience while interacting with guests and showing personality.
- Handle guest complaints positively and report escalated issues to a supervisor.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- At least two years of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
