Overview
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Italian dishes in accordance with established recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls.
Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all food items within your assigned kitchen section.
Support daily kitchen operations and assist in maintaining smooth and efficient service during operating hours.
Monitor food preparation and storage procedures to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas at all times.
Assist in stock control, inventory management, and minimizing food wastage.
Support the Sous Chef and Chef De Cuisine in menu preparation, recipe development, and operational requirements.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to quality standards.
Train and support junior culinary colleagues when required.
Maintain strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, cooking techniques, and current culinary trends.
Collaborate effectively with the culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences.
Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and hotel operating procedures.
Demonstrate professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
